At Renova, we are committed to offering customers the best beauty products, which is why if the products received do not meet the quality expectations, you can return them.

  • You have 5 working days from the day you receive your order to return it.
  • Products may only be returned in the event of defect, incomplete delivery or shipping error.

  1. To start your return, contact the Customer Service department and tell us the reason for your return.
  2. Provides order details, including ticket number, product name and lot number, as well as a photograph of the product.
  3. Our Customer Service Department will contact you within a maximum of 7 working days.
  4. If the return is successful, we will immediately begin the process of your refund.
  5. The refund is made directly to the account from which you made the purchase within 15 to 20 days.
