- You have 5 working days from the day you receive your order to return it.
- Products may only be returned in the event of defect, incomplete delivery or shipping error.
- The product must remain new, unused and in the original packaging, in case of incomplete delivery or shipping error.
- The product must have been purchased on the renova.com.mx
Return and Refund Policy:
- To start your return, contact the Customer Service department and tell us the reason for your return.
- Provides order details, including ticket number, product name and lot number, as well as a photograph of the product.
- Our Customer Service Department will contact you within a maximum of 7 working days.
- If the return is successful, we will immediately begin the process of your refund.
- The refund is made directly to the account from which you made the purchase within 15 to 20 days.
